Life coaching

As a life coach, I primarily work with millennial women on topics related to communication and lifestyle. However, if you differ in gender, age, or focus area, that is by no means a reason not to connect. My clients often tell me that they feel safe in my presence, which allows them to open up easily. My attention is exceptionally strong, and I wholeheartedly believe that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. I am genuinely curious, easily enthusiastic, and I use my analytical thinking in coaching processes, as well. I believe that each person’s lifestyle is a unique system —when we change one part of it, the whole begins to evolve.

Lifestyle and self-development are both my passion and profession, so I am constantly reading or listening to something related to these topics, continually expanding my knowledge. During coaching conversations, there are moments when I briefly share relevant information, allowing my conversation partner to reflect and make informed decisions about their own progress. However, I do not give advice — because what is generally true is not necessarily true for every individual, and what works for one person may not work for another.

“Looking back on the time we worked together, I can say I am not the same person who came to your first session. Thank you once again!”

I am very grateful I could work with you. I turned to you with a very complex situation that kept me overwhelmed, and after each session I felt lighter and had more clarity. You are very empathetic and really dig deep to get to the root of an issue. I felt very comfortable sharing multiple private aspects of my life with you, we connected from the very first session, and I felt I could trust you. I really appreciate how you could recommend a tool, exercise or book depending on the topic we worked on. One of the constant things in life is change, and I really appreciate that we found time during our sessions to work on those changes as well.

What to expect when you reach out for life coaching:

Once you contact me, we will first schedule a 30-45 minute introductory conversation. This session is always free and serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether this is the right setting for you to work on your current topic. Only after this conversation do we proceed with a formal coaching agreement.

During our sessions, I will support you through questions and feedback, helping you explore your concerns from multiple perspectives. I will highlight key words from your story and, if necessary, provide exercises to aid in your self-discovery.

In the initial sessions, we will thoroughly examine your current challenges, and later, our conversations will become more targeted, allowing you to develop a clear plan for achieving the changes you desire.

For coaching to be most effective, it is important that you are fully present—openly and judgment-free, sharing your experiences, emotions, and physical sensations as subjectively as possible. To create a safe space for this, I am present as your coach with confidentiality, compassionate acceptance, and openness—because neither of us can function effectively without the other.

“From the very beginning, Veronika and I had great chemistry—we connected quickly, and every conversation had a great dynamic.”

Of course, there were more challenging topics for me, which she quickly recognized and handled excellently by timing her questions just right. I originally turned to her with a career-related issue, feeling stuck and knowing that I needed to make a change. As I expected, we not only explored possible solutions but also dug deep into the root causes.
To this day, I have to remind myself that change is often a long process that requires awareness, self-knowledge, and determination. If you’ve come to this realization, I wholeheartedly recommend Veronika — she is a fantastic partner and a highly skilled professional in guiding you through it.

About coaching in general

Coaching is typically a 5-10 session process in which the client explores a specific topic and develops a plan to achieve a goal. Sessions are usually held on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Here are some common topics that can be effectively addressed with the help of a coach:

Communication
Stress management
Improving relationships
Building self-confidence
Uncovering motivations
Lifestyle changes
Time management & life organization
Work-life balance
Discovering and utilizing personal resources

Unlike therapy, coaching primarily focuses on the present and the future, using the past as a source of examples and insights. However, some topics—such as grief, addiction, trauma processing and mental health disorders—require the expertise of a trained professional (e.g., a grief therapist, psychiatrist, etc.) and fall outside the
scope of coaching.

“What I appreciated during our sessions the most is your non-judgemental approach, which felt very genuine, so I didn’t have the urge to lie about my accomplishments even if I didn’t feel very successful at the time.”

I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with you during the past several weeks. You are very inspiring, and I love, how you can react to all my new challenges within a second with some clear examples and useful practices.
You are very kind and polite and able to create an environment, in which I felt safe and comfortable. Your constant encouragement did help me to recognize my value and inspired me to change the way I usually think about myself – this was very relieving.
It was a pleasure to work with you, it was really helpful as I managed to start some new habits (which honestly surprised me, I wasn’t expecting such a great result as I am usually pretty resistant) and I also learned a new way of organizing my time and prioritizing.
